9 Unit Building, Private Pool, Beautiful Gulf Front with Amazing View

If your idea of the best beach vacation can be described as a small, quaint space, away from the crowds, directly located on the Gulf of Mexico with amazing views, a private pool and quick access to the sugar white sand, then Veranda 103 is the place for you.

Veranda is a small, 9 unit condo complex. This is a beachfront condo with 1 bedroom, featuring a king size bed, hallway bunks and 1 full bath. You can enjoy the unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from inside the condo as well as the patio. Both sunrises and sunsets are visible from the patio. There is a private beach access, with an uncrowded beach. Veranda has its own private pool.

The fishing pier and restaurants are within a short one mile walk down the beach. Stewby's, AJ's and Asiago's are located very close to the condo as well. Bucettis pizza is located right next door. Destin is a 7 mile drive. Destin-Fort Walton Airport is only 15 minutes from the condo.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent our condo. We require a copy of your photo ID for verification upon booking.

Please note that the condo will be stocked with starter supplies including one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, 1 bath soap etc. Please make sure you are prepared to purchase or bring additional supplies as needed.
