We stayed in this building before and loved it. The beach is wonderful and the views are amazing. But this room was awful from when we first walked in. The first thing we noticed was the cigarette smoke smell. When we walked out on the balcony, the chairs were ripped, there were toe nail clippings and a rag had been left. After an hour and a half of being in the room, our feet were black on the bottom. The counter tops were dirty and there were dead bugs on the floor. Light bulbs were out in the condo and the balcony. I sent an email about the lights, smell and ripped chairs the company said they would put it on the maintenance list for the next day. Well maintenance knocked on the door and gave us light bulbs. A couple of hours later, a woman from the rental company walks in unannounced. We never received a call or a text of when she would be coming. She starts spraying some air freshener to cover the smoke smell and then left. The bed, couch and chair were extremely uncomfortable. We could feel the springs in the mattress. My back was hurting from the first night. The toilet lids are cracked and peeling. When we were leaving, we checked all the drawers and found a pair of women's underwear in it that did not belong to us. This just confirmed that the condo was not cleaned or properly checked before we checked in. I would warn everyone to stay away from this rental company. I can't recommend the building enough, but stay away from this company.
