Wonderful Vacation

My family and myself truly enjoyed our stay at this resort. Well maintained, perfect spot and the maintenance team was out there every single day pruning and cleaning. The condos are quite large and a lot of space for a family of four (4). The other guests were very friendly, even left beach toys for my grandson to enjoy during his stay. Very thoughtful. Maintenance were spot on when needed. Just minor issues with garbage disposal (wouldn't spin) and cable (buffering). We all would absolutely come back again. Perfect location. Maria

Wonderful stay and wonderful managing group

We reserved room 506 through Coastal Vibe Vacations and this managing company was the BEST we have ever interacted with. We came in early from Another room and the key worked with the us to get the refrigerator cleaned and ready so we could at least get our food in. They were amazing!! We have been coming to Destin every October for 10 years and this was the best stay yet. Updated, modern decorations and comfortable living room furniture. Very clean unit. Thank you for sharing with us!

Enjoyable but with some disappointment

I had to wait over 30 mins. past check in time to get in. I was in the hot sun with all of our belongings on a cart in front of the room. They were over 30 mins. late letting us in and once we got in we found sand all over the second bedroom floor. Dishes were put away were dirty, outside was filthy and I had to clean up before we could even enjoy sitting outside. Very disappointed in the cleanliness but enjoyed the pool which was spotless and the view which was breathtaking. Will not stay in this unit again but will look at other units in the future. Location is perfect.

Perfect for our family

My husband and I stayed here with our 7month old and my parents. Having a pack and play there and not having to pack one was a nice added touch! We loved that both bedrooms had their own bathrooms so we could have our own space within the condo. There is LVP flooring throughout making it super easy to sweap up the inebitable tracked in sand. We loved this unit. The entryway is spacious enough to leave coolers and chairs tucked out of the way. The building itself is walking distance to shops and restraunts. All around great experience!

Destin West Condo

My family traveled from Minnesota to get some sun and sand and we did just that. We stayed at the Destin West condo on the 5th floor and had a pool/beach view. We loved the condo! Great communication with the rental company. Easy access. The condo was clean and had the perfect amenities (washer, dryer) . The beach was perfect and we had two chairs and an umbrella. My kids loved the fitness room. Thanks and we will be back!!

We love Destin West and this property was amazing.

The property itself was very spacious. There was plenty of room for my family of four, in fact, we could’ve brought an extra person or two and still had plenty of room. The bedrooms were very comfortable. No complaints at all, mattresses were very comfortable. Plenty of room for storage and hanging items up. Rooms were private. Clean and cozy bedding. Plenty of towels. Having the convenience of a stove/dishwasher and washer/dryer unit in this rental was very helpful. We didn’t want to eat out for every meal, so this was a must have. We would start dishes/laundry before we headed out to the days activities so that they would be ready when we returned. The only thing I could say as far as a ding goes, (very minor) I really wish the unit had a broom and dustpan. But other than that, I had no complaints. The balcony view overlooking the pool and beach was also very convenient as far as monitoring when they weren’t as busy, and watching the ocean. Not too long of a walk from the car to the unit; nor from the Unit to the beach/pool. We also utilized the on site charcoal grills (next to beach access) a couple of times. Very glad these are on site. We didn’t make the trip to the bay side this time, but it’s a must for families with small children, especially if you just want to lounge all day. Definitely worth checking out. We spent one evening at the Ramada (The Island) beach bar. It was a nice set up with a great evening view. Was sad to see that the access to The Island is a little harder to get to now. There used to be gate access from the pool area to the Island but not anymore. The beach service was the best. If you want to spend the day at the beach, be sure to get there early to get your name on the list. They open at 9, but there’s a line already at 8:15. Just FYI. And was so happy we found a few kids items in the unit available for use as well. We used the net for when we went crabbing one night with the kids. All in all, I would definitely recommend this unit. It was clean, and had everything we needed and then some as well as being located perfectly in the resort for our needs.
