DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Waters Edge 608, a top-floor condo at Waters Edge Resort where the white-sand beaches of Okaloosa Island are your front-row view. This professionally managed, one-bedroom, two-bathroom rental is designed to comfortably sleep up to six guests and offers a clean, pet-free environment for your next beach trip.

The main living space features wall-to-wall glass doors that open to a private balcony overlooking the beach, pool, and tropical courtyard. It is an ideal spot for dolphin spotting or watching the sunset over the Gulf. Inside, you can prepare meals in the full kitchen, which is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, or relax in the living area with a Smart TV.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, its own Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower. For additional guests, the unit includes built-in hallway bunks and a sleeper sofa in the living room. To make your stay more convenient, the condo provides a private washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and covered parking to keep your vehicle out of the sun.

As a guest at Waters Edge, you will have access to the resort pools and a fitness center. Your booking also includes complimentary beach service, meaning your umbrella and chairs will be set up and waiting for you on the sand.

Bring the whole crew to Waters Edge Resort for the ultimate family getaway! Located on the famous Emerald Coast, our resort sits on some of the softest, whitest sand in North America - perfect for little sandcastle builders and crystal-clear wading.

We've made beach days easy for parents with user-friendly access that features minimal stairs and a dedicated rinse station to keep the sand outside. When you aren't at the shore, the kids can splash in our two sparkling pools (one is even heated from October through March) while you fire up the grill in our spacious tropical gardens. You're also just minutes away from Okaloosa Island's best family fun. Take a short trip to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park to see the dolphins, catch a sunset at the Okaloosa Island Pier, or let the kids run wild at Wild Willy's Adventure Zone. With the kid-friendly dining and shops of The Boardwalk right nearby, everything you need for a stress-free vacation is right at your fingertips.

Parking: We provide ample covered parking in our multi-level garage with a direct access to the first, third, and fourth floors. Up to 2 parking spaces are available for this unit.

Food: A convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away for quick essentials. For full grocery runs, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe and Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Local dining options are just a short distance from the property. The Gulf is a popular waterfront spot known for its fresh seafood and outdoor seating. Stewby's Seafood Shanty is a local favorite for affordable fish tacos, while Asiago's Skillet is the go-to choice for breakfast. For a casual meal with a view, Rockin Tacos sits right on the beach, and Old Bay Steamer offers steamed seafood platters. Sea Dunes provides a central location to enjoy the best of the coast.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: There is one large beachfront pool with lounging deck at the resort. A portion of the pool is divided for heating during cooler weather. Pools are heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

• No Smoking in unit or on balcony

• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
