Diese am Strand gelegene Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Destin, Florida, an der Smaragdküste. Die Ferienwohnung Nr. 212 bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, 2 Einzelbetten im Gästeschlafzimmer und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. In beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es Fliesen mit Teppichboden. Der Strand von Destin ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und bietet von Ihrem privaten Balkon aus eine herrliche Aussicht. Alle Einheiten sind Nichtraucherzimmer.

Condo 212 wurde mit 3 Flachbildfernsehern, neuer Beleuchtung, Deckenventilatoren in beiden Schlafzimmern, neuen Wohnzimmersofas, neuem Esszimmerset und Barhockern sowie neuen Plantagenrollläden in beiden Schlafzimmern und vielem mehr aufgewertet! Die Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank, einem Elektroherd, einem Backofen und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Sie erhalten auch alle Geschirrteile, Besteckteile und Accessoires, die Sie für die Zubereitung Ihres Lieblingsessens benötigen.

Das offene Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 55-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und eine Couch, die sich mit einer Memory Foam Gel-Matratze in einen Schlafsofa für Königinnen verwandeln lässt, sodass Ihre zusätzlichen Gäste bequem schlafen können.

Das Gästeschlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und einen 31 "-Flachbild-HDTV.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Tempurpedic-Matratze und einen 26-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-Fernseher.

The overall size and feel of the condo was amazing. Perfect size for our family of five. The property was easy to navigate as well and in a secluded neighborhood which was nice. Getting to the beach was an easy walk. Perfect spot for a quite get away.

There was an issue with A/C the day we were scheduled to check-in, and the manager called in the morning to let us know. She worked with us to move to another unit with the same requirements and allowed an early check-in. Everyone was super friendly and helpful during our short stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Condo

Clean condo with comfortable beds and sectional. Nice beach decor and plenty of room for our family. We felt at home. Easy access to our car, the pool and the beach. Loved that we got 2 beach chairs and umbrella included daily. Easy check in/out. Everything that we needed for cooking was in the kitchen. In unit washer/dryer was so nice. Great location close to deep sea fishing, the Destin boardwalk and grocery stores. We recommend Boshamps Seafood and Oyster Bar, The Back Porch and Que Pasa Mex(Their Coconut margarita is amazing) It was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

The unit was very clean, the mattress was the most comfortable we've experienced (and we plan to buy one for our home!). We requested maintenance 4 times for minor repairs and they were on our doorstep within minutes. We enjoyed weekly linen exchange. In general, we were impressed with the inhouse rental experience. The beach is beautiful with surf fishing and fishing off the Jetty available. Most importantly, we were quickly welcomed into the community. We participated in daily Pickleball, afternoon floating in the pool, and the Snowbird final Pool Party. Owners and long time renters were very welcoming. We've already recommended the Islander to friends that will be coming in April. Well done!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is nicely furnished and decorated. We loved the location. Pools are warm and very close. Beach is just a short walk (less than 5 mins; our 2 year old toddler was able to do it). Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless; however some of the furniture had visible layer of dust and floors are not being cleaned properly (which is unfortunately a common occurrence in most rental properties). They appear clean but after walking with no shoes on, our socks or bottom of our bare feet were filthy. Also, there were absolutely no cleaning supplies under the sink, so bring your own if you want/need to wipe the table or countertops after eating/cooking. Not saying that as a negative; I was just used to other rentals having at least a bottle of windex or something and a dish soap if you want to wash some pots by hand.Property provided good amount of nice clean white towels plus beach towels. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and plan to come back again.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean and appropriately stocked with enough essentials to get us started. Well-stocked kitchen was plus as well. The Islander is in a great location and has nice amenities for kids of varying interests. My only recommendation would be to post check-out instructions in the room and/or email them out much earlier. We had already left before we received that email. Would highly recommend!
