Please note - all door codes, information, instructional videos for amenities, and Wifi info will be sent via a LINK. Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum. Guests have access to all homes and backyards except for any locked doors marked "Casiola Staff only".
We are available through message forums 24 hours a day and also have a customer support number for questions. Also we have a property management team locally to help with any concerns.
We love to meet and greet our guests as much as possible. However, in the event we cannot meet at the time of check in - we offer self check-in with the use of a smart lock or a door code.
Please note***We require all guests to be greeted by ourselves or our property manager. We do ask that all last minute booking (with 2 days of check-in) present an ID to the greeter.

** To make your stay more convenient, we provide one set of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

POOL USE: At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. • The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; 2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; 3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding; 4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool. • You(the renter) recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks and agree to TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”).
