Enjoy a perfect getaway at our coastal pool paradise, just a 5 minute drive to the beach! This home offers sought after amenities including a heated inground swimming pool, BBQ for grilling, cozy patio seating, outdoor dining, and plenty of space to bask in the sun.

Located in one of Deerfield Beach’s most vibrant neighborhoods, The Cove, you will have easy access to restaurants, shopping, and more. Whether you’re here for a quick vacation or an extended stay, we’ve got you covered.

Living Room: step into the living area and be reminded that you are in South Florida. The home’s spacious sofa and armchairs allow you to fully relax while streaming your favorite shows and movies on our 65” smart TV.

Additional Bed: a full sized pull-out bed that can sleep up to two people is located under two of the cushions on the sofa. Blankets and pillows are provided in the basket next to the TV stand.

Dining Area: dining room table that seats 6 people for the enjoyment of home-cooked meals.

Kitchen: embrace your inner chef from the comfort of the kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with granite countertops, a granite island with stools, a dry bar with wine cooler, and stainless steel appliances (stovetop, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer). We also provide the essentials including pots, pans, utensils, silverware, dishes, bowls, glasses, and mugs. Additional appliances are a Famiworth’s Coffee Machine (takes k-cups and grounds), a water kettle, toaster, and blender.

Bedroom 1: this lavish master suite boasts a king-sized bed, spacious walk-in wardrobe, additional closet, nightstands with lamps and a 43" smart TV. It also provides a private bathroom for the ultimate master experience. There is also highchair/ pack n’ play stored in the additional closet-space for infants.

Bedroom 2: the second guest bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser for added storage, a smart TV, and is adjacent to the main bathroom.

Bonus bedroom: venture through the barn doors from the rec room to discover our cozy bonus bedroom. This room boasts a versatile daybed (twin) with an additional trundle bed (twin) tucked beneath. A smart TV is wall-mounted so you can enjoy a flick right from your bed. Blankets and pillows for the trundle are in the basket on the ground next to the bed. For your convenience, an armoire is available to hang and store your attire. Please note, the exterior door adjacent to the bed is not accessible to guests during their stay.

Rec Room: dive into entertainment in our recreation room. Challenge someone to a spirited foosball match, convene at our circular table for an engaging board game or card session, or stream a show on our 45” smart TV. The choice is yours.

Backyard: step into the quintessence of Floridian allure right in the backyard. Our spacious outdoor haven features an elegant canopy-sheltered seating area, four inviting sun lounges, and a tastefully designed outdoor dining setting. Whether you prefer soaking up the sun or lounging under the shade, our adjustable umbrellas have got you covered.

Immerse yourself in a literary journey as you sway gently on the porch swing, caressed by the gentle Floridian breeze.

For those with a playful spirit, challenge your companions to a game of cornhole or test your skills at Bucket Pong.

And if culinary adventures are your calling, fire up the gas BBQ grill. It's the perfect spot to showcase your grilling prowess and serve up delightful dishes al fresco.

Laundry: the laundry room is located inside of the door to the right when you walk into the bonus bedroom. It comes equipped with a washer, dryer, and hampers for your clothes. There is also an iron/ironing board located here.

Parking: the driveway can fit up to two vehicles. Street parking is allowed but ensure that you are not blocking other driveways/throughways and are not parked on the grass.

Guests have entire access to the home and backyard, except for the entry door in the bonus room (deadbolted), and two cabinets next to the backdoor entrance that is for inventory storage.

Guest entry instructions: You will be given a unique code to use for our electronic smartlock that will be valid for your stay until checkout.

I will do my best to make myself available throughout your stay.

Check-In: Begins at 4:00 pm on your arrival day.

Check-Out: By 11:00 am on your departure day.

Housekeeping: Our cleaning team arrives sharp at 11:00 am to prepare for the next guest.

Pool Maintenance:

- The pool receives cleaning twice per week. A cleaner might enter the
backyard without prior notice.

- The pool heater functions for guests between November 1st and April 1st.
It is set to 86 degrees Fahrenheit.

Landscaping: We aim to schedule landscaping between guest stays. Occasionally, landscapers might tend to the yard during your visit without prior notice.

Internet: Enjoy complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout your stay.

Entertainment: All TVs are smart and WiFi-connected. Feel free to log into your personal streaming accounts but remember to log out before departure.

Neighborhood Vibes: We're nestled in a family-friendly residential area. Usual neighborhood sounds, like lawn mowing or a distant dog barking, might be heard. Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 pm through 7:00 am.

Pest Control: Regular extermination efforts are in place. The tropical setting may occasionally attract bugs; help us by keeping doors and windows shut.

Accessibility: Our property is not designed for wheelchair access.

Grill: You are free to use the grill but if the propane is out, it is your responsibility to purchase a new tank or refill it.

Pool Safety:

- Always prioritize safety near the pool/spa area. Ensure children are supervised.

- There's no lifeguard presence. Pool use is at guests' own discretion and risk.
No parties.

No glass, drinks or food in the pool.

No running by the pool.

No flushing anything down the toilet besides toilet paper

No putting anything large down the garbage disposal.

Grill access is only available to adults. Please make sure to turn off the grill and clean after use.
