Three Little Birds! Porch + walk to the beach!

This is a spacious 2br 2ba upstairs unit of a home with an extra large living room that has a futon & a room divider. It can easily function as a 3br home and sleeps six guests - There is also a queen size blow-up mattress available in a closet.

Queen bed in master bedroom & full-size bed in second bedroom. The rooms are similar sizes, but the master has larger closet space and separate bathroom. The shared bathroom is behind the kitchen at the back of the home.

The front door enters into a large, sunlit living room spanning the width of the home. This room has a futon sofa bed & sitting chairs on one side & regular sofa, armchairs & SmartTV on other end. There is a room divider which can offer the futon bed privacy.

Feel free to use the fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, or if cooking isn't on the agenda, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We are happy to suggest local favorites!

Relax with a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine on the screened in front porch, and enjoy your meals on the spacious raised back porch with a custom built picnic table & a patio set with umbrella.

There is an enclosed & fully private outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse off when coming back from a beach day.

There is front and back-yard parking. Ample space!

The house comes with corn-hole, bocce ball & a Wii with games!


The downstairs are of the home is locked owner storage and the only area you do not have access to. We ask everyone to be respectful of parking + noise. * home-owner or personal guests might occasionally be on premises downstairs. *

Laundry: welcome to use the laundry, but keep in mind my cleaners might keep linens in there that they were drying on their way out. Please do me a favor & press a dry cycle again if still damp or anything :)

Strict pet-policy: no pets on furniture or beds & picked up after outside. Additional fee if extra cleaning is needed for breaking these rules. Strictly enforced.
Pets are welcome but we ask that you please clean up after them.
