Ruhen Sie sich aus, entspannen Sie sich und erfrischen Sie sich in unserem frisch renovierten Haus in 920 East Ashley (AKA "Sandy Bottoms"), wo Sie "dem Alltag entfliehen" und alle mitnehmen können!

Dies ist ein geräumiges Ferienhaus, das bei Folly nur selten zu finden ist. Sie können das Beste aus beiden Welten haben! Dieses Haus bietet viel Platz für große Versammlungen, ist aber gemütlich genug für diejenigen, die eine ruhige Zeit einfangen möchten.

Unser Ferienhaus ist nur 200 Schritte vom Strand und 9 Blocks von der Center Street entfernt. Egal, ob Sie es vorziehen, am Strand zu entspannen, am "Washout" zu surfen (der nur fünf Häuserblocks entfernt ist) oder sich von der Hektik der Center Street angezogen zu fühlen, wenn Ihr Tag vorüber ist, können Sie sich in die Ruhe von zurückziehen Ihre Urlaubsoase mit einem großzügig geschnittenen, großen Raum mit großen SMART-Flachbildfernsehern, 5 Schlafzimmern mit 7 brandneuen Queensize-Memory-Schaum-Matratzen sowie einem Etagenbett und -bettzeug. Wir haben 4 Badezimmer, 3 im Obergeschoss und eines im Erdgeschoss.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein 1300 qm großes Spielzimmer. 50-Zoll-Fernseher, Pokertisch (bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Chips mit), Tischtennisplatte, Airhockey, Tischfußball und eine Küchenzeile mit dem 4. Badezimmer auf dieser Etage.

Wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt ... keine Sorge ... Sie werden immer noch Spaß daran haben, auf der mit einem Ventilator gekühlten, abgeschirmten Veranda oder auf dem 700 Quadratmeter großen überdachten Sitzbereich im Freien herumzuhängen. Genießen Sie Ihre morgendliche Tasse Kaffee oder ein abendliches Glas Wein auf einer der beiden Holzterrassen mit Blick auf einen wunderschön angelegten Garten. Die Parkplätze am Hotel bieten bequeme Parkmöglichkeiten für mindestens 6 Fahrzeuge.

Great location, just a couple of hundred feet from the beach.

This place is not fancy, but is fantastically located near the 10th East beach entrance and has 5 bedrooms that can fit a lot of people--perfect for our family reunion.

Amazing place highly recommend for so many reasons

This home was absolutely perfect. It offered plenty of space, was beautifully maintained, and created the ideal setting for a memorable stay. From the moment we considered booking, the owners were responsive, helpful, and attentive providing peace of mind well before our arrival and continuing throughout our vacation.The location was unbeatable, with the beach literally just across the street. Even my elderly, disabled father was able to comfortably walk over and join us for beach time. The screened-in porch, complete with ceiling fans, allowed us to relax outdoors without worrying about bugs, and the spacious yard was perfect for lawn games and socializing without ever feeling crowded.Parking was another standout feature ample on-site space was especially appreciated. Inside, the large dining table served as a great hub for meals and family game nights. The bedrooms were generously sized, and most beds felt new and very comfortable. The multiple refrigerator/freezer units throughout the house were an unexpected and much-appreciated convenience. I also loved the thoughtful touches there was a wide selection of games for all age groups already at the house. And the outdoor shower made post-beach clean-up a breeze before heading indoors.I could go on about how ideal this home was for our family. It truly made for a perfect vacation, and the owners went out of their way to make sure we felt well every step of the way. A 10/10 experience. I highly recommended!

A Week At Sandy Bottoms

Our family gathered at Sandy Bottoms on Folly Beach the week of 4/13 - 4/20. The home is in the perfect location. Situated two rows off the beach, it’s mere steps from the beach. The home is located far enough from the center of town that it is quiet and not congested, but it’s close enough to the shops and restaurants. My entire family had great fun, and we’re grateful for being able to stay there.

Our family came to Charleston for a wedding. We loved the location! It was close enough to restaurants to ride bikes and we didn’t have to deal with the crowds. The house was just a short walk to the beach and there also were not as many people there. The house worked great for the amount of people we had.

Great Place

This was a wonderful place to stay for our large group of friends on Folly Beach. Close to the water, walking distance to downtown, and a nice clean and organized space. Stay at Sandy Bottoms

The house is as described. We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for the 10 adults, 2 kids and a toddler that were there on and off during pur stay. It is very close to the beach and we had fun looking for shells and playing in the waves. The kids loved playing in the screened in porch. We would definitlely stay again!

Another great stay!

Sometimes it's worth going back to the same place. It'd been four years since I'd visited this house and my return trip was just as precious. The location is exceptional--quiet, a block off the steps to the beach, plenty of parking. I love that the game room is downstairs and not connected to the house; the young adults love it. The owners are responsive and kind. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the room to spread out and the ability to be together. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

The location was very good. The accomodations were fine for our group. The beds were just okay. Polyester sheets made sleeping difficult in the humid heat. Hosts should have upgraded (for a relatively small investment) to cotton. Communication with hosts was an unnecessary challenge. We concluded that they expected us to check VRBO regularly for communication instead of our regular email ??? Lower level was inconvenient for us.

Playhouse was Family vacay Perfection

Our son was married on Folly Beach. The Playhouse was the perfect set up with many bedrooms and tons of common space including a lower level that was used for family games! The location was very close to the beautiful beach. We grilled out on the lower level and there was ample parking for our family. The host was very chill and easy to get a hold of. The home had a ton of space and was very clean. The location was PRIME for a beach vacay. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Well priced and I would definitely recommend for a family friendly trip to Folly.

Great place!

Great for family gatherings!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Bottoms! The rooms are spacious with comfortable seating and beds. Huge table for the 8 of us to enjoy meals together and play games. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Super close to the beach too! Game room was a nice bonus for evening activities! Only suggestions for owner would be to change linens from microfiber to cotton for more breathable comfort, and to upgrade and provide more bath and hand towels. Owners were super nice and responsive. Overall would recommend, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

A huge disappointment for the exorbitant price property owners charged.in my previous VRBO stays customer is first i felt owners figured out a way to pay for their vacation home not many amenities 2 towels per guest so for a week stay lots of laundry lower game room was unusable because of moldy smell beds just a little better than futons bad smell in middle batroom .needs lots of upgrades to justify price charged.The only thing it was close to beach.

Amazing family vacation

We enjoyed everything about this home and its location! Easy quick walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart (highly recommend) for ventures into town or just cruising to the parks or around. Lots and lots of room in the home to either be close to family or spread out enjoying the many options of porches and outdoor sitting areas. The game room was an added bonus for all of us when we were taking a break from the beach or the lovely southern humidity:) The owners are very easy to communicate with and would highly recommend this place! Thanks for opening up your home and allowing my family to be together for a week.

Nice place

Overall it was a good place to stay. The AC went out on the first night but was fixed by the following morning. Beds are decent. Very well equipped house and lots of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. Location is fantastic! Didn’t care for the 72 cap on AC but we got it ok’d to turn it down at night. 72 is fine during the day but at night it was stuffy. It all worked out.

Great place for a group gathering.

The main house was spacious and clean. The linens were nicely prepared. The kitchen was well supplied with all we needed for the stay except the food and drinks of course. We didn’t really use the game room downstairs because it was dusty and air was stale and not directly connected to the main house. We had to go outside to entered the game room area. One thing though, perhaps since it was an early spring booking and the AC had not yet been maintained and serviced, the main AC system did not work well. Good thing the one in the master bedroom was working fine so I slept well. My friends had to endure the warm temperatures at night. We were out most of the day and we can cool ourselves with ice cold drinks in the evening. That reminded me, the ice maker in the fridge was also not working well.

Sandy Bottom 3 day stay for 6-10 people.

Nice, well maintained property. Manager was accessible and capable. We had 10 and it was roomy enough for all get together on the porch, in the kitchen/dining area or in the living room at the same time. Beds were comfortable. Fun times in main living space. May have been the time of year, but the downstairs gaming area was not a magnet, a bit musty. Nice equipment, just too musty. Will stay again if similar circumstances bring us back. Thank you! Nice property!
