• The home is elevated 20 feet, with stairs required to access the main living area

• Smart keypad entry: your personalized code (the last four digits of the booker’s phone number) will be sent on the day of arrival; codes activate at check-in and expire at check-out

• The saltwater pool is not heated, but remains comfortably swimmable throughout most of the year

• Pool and outdoor areas are professionally serviced twice weekly and may be serviced during your stay

• Starter supplies are provided to help you settle in comfortably (toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies)
