The Lady at the reception was not helpful at all and had to be told by the Manager to pick up the phone and make a call to solve a Problem the hotel booking system had caused...otherwise we would have ended up with no room even though it was already paid. The floor was sandy. The Microwave smelled like somebody had burnt something in it. All in all it was not a pleasant to stay. To bad because the setting would be very nice"
