The Space:
We have 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Guest suite upstairs has queen bed with full on-suite bathroom and closet. We have 2 kids rooms, one with a bunk bed including a full lower bed and twin upper bunk. The other kid’s room has a twin bed, crib, and changing station for babies. Both kids rooms have humidifiers available for guests use. The bathroom upstairs is specially designed for kids with a toddler friendly toilet seat and decorations. The upstairs playroom has many kids toys, a tv with included YouTube TV, Disney+, and Netflix. A PlayStation 3 with games is also available for older children or adults. The couch also has a chaise lounge which can function as a sleeping space as well. Downstairs is an open floor plan with indoor fireplace, comfy couch with chaise lounge for sleeping/napping. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, silverware and glass ware, and lots of kid friendly plates and utensils.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole house with minor exception to 2 of the closets and the pantry where we house supplies for guests and ourselves.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the Presidio in the Pines neighborhood which has several family friendly parks only 1-5 minutes walk from the front door. There are beautiful views of Mt Humphreys and the surrounding countryside visible from the neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Our home includes a 2 car garage available for guests use and additional parking in the driveway and behind the home. Street parking is prohibited by city ordinance during the winter months

Other Things to Note:
We have several entertainment options available for families of all ages. We have 3 TVs in the home all equipped with YouTube TV, Disney+, and Netflix along with other apps available for guests to use with their own logins. There is a PlayStation 3 available for guest use upstairs with games suitable for older children and adults. There are toys and board games available as well for young children and adults.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available anytime via text or talk. You will be given an access code the day of your arrival which can also function as a home security access during your stay for extra security and peace of mind.
