„separate hous in closed community - very safe. Own cenote to swim. Fresh towels every day. It was difficult to get check in instructions, but managed after few inquiries. No hot water in the kitchen, but ok.“

„We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind. Everything was very clean and better than expected “

„This place was amazing!!! I booked this house for a bachelorette party of 9 girls. The space inside was perfect for entertaining, both inside and outside! The layout and vibe definitely make this place stand out! Everything listed is accurate and you cannot go wrong in booking this house for you next vacay! Easy check in! Security guard always on staff - night guard as well! Perfect location to downtown Tulum and just a short 10 ish minute taxi ride down to the ocean and beach clubs!“

„I beautiful clean property! Location is awesome, not extremely central, but close to all amenities and a five minute drive from the beach. Property owner and management company are very communicative, and answer questions and I’m very timely manner. Can’t wait to come back and stay at this place again.“

„Nous avons aimé l’endroit, très calme. Malheureusement, impossible d’utiliser la mer car elle est rocheuse. Les chaises dehors et dans la cuisine ne sont as confortables, le divan sans accoudoir ne l’est pas non plus. Nous avons adoré le lit et les oreillers. La piscine est très bien. La petite piscine privée derriere n’est même as nvitante. Condo plus petit que les photos le proposent. “

„My experience at this property was amazing! Everything was so clean upon arrival, AC worked well, pool was the perfect temperature, house was secure and safe, but let’s get into the host!! Unbelievably helpful from start to finish. Her communication was on point from checking on us to helping us order food to recommending different excursions or activities going on for the weekend. „When the craziest thing happened and bees infested our space in one hours time , they did their best to make it right for us . Moving us to a sister property and a bigger villa . Checking in on us after that multiple times to make it right . The entire property is beautiful and the coffee truck was so helpful to have on site . Maintenance and housecleaning was excellent . “
