"Ein Aufenthalt auf allerhöchstem Niveau – absolut traumhaft von Anfang bis Ende. Das Zimmer war makellos, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der exzellente Service: Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, herzlich und zugleich angenehm diskret. Jeder Wunsch wurde förmlich von den Augen abgelesen. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt wie aus einem Luxusmagazin perfekt gepflegt, stilvoll gestaltet und an einem paradiesischen Ort gelegen. Kulinarisch wurde man rundum verwöhnt, ob beim Frühstück, Dinner oder den liebevoll zubereiteten Drinks. Ein Resort, das die Bezeichnung ‚Luxus‘ wirklich verdient. Wir kommen definitiv wieder"

"I can only say good things about the staff. Everyone we've met on the island was friendly, smiled at us and made us feel welcome.It was clear that they put a lot of effort into ensuring our stay was as relaxed as possible. Any issues we've had were quickly resolved, but three staff members stood out in particular: Shifaz, our “Waiter of the Week,” was consistently friendly, engaging and made every meal enjoyable. We looked forward to every meal because we had such great conversations with him and he really made a lasting impression. He truly cares about the guests’ well-being and you can’t help but like him. Wilma and Dian also deserve special mention as they were both incredibly friendly, chatty and also contributed significantly to our positive experience. Aside from the excellent staff, the food was fantastic, with a wide variety and daily changing dishes, including a live cooking station for extra variety. The accommodation in a water bungalow was perfect, with direct sea access for snorkeling and a beautiful terrace offering amazing views to relax. Communication with the resort was initially slow (via E-Mail) due to issues with our return flight, but once on-site, the staff was very helpful and resolved everything quickly. The speedboat journey took 2,5-3 hrs, which was long and exhausting, so next time we’d opt for the seaplane, which only takes 45-60 mins. We will definitely be back to relive this incredible getaway and I can only recommend this beautiful resort!"

"The place is located on a nice and cozy Island and the atmosphere is also nice. Our reservation included an all incl package and the meals were served in a "dining hall" which was OK and cozy but a dining hall... We compensted by eating at the a la carte restaurant a couple of times where the food was also a bit better but the privacy was much better. We found the drinks included in the all inclusive package very basic and the very cheapest brands so we had to compenste to buy the dirinks we valued higher ofcause at a premium. If you are not so interested in higher quality drinks then the package is certainly worth it as the food protion was good. Service was good and we enjoyed our beach cabin whereas I might choose the cabins located offshore next time. The place is overall nice, but a bit run down and if I did not know better I might say it appears as if teh onwers is trying to squeeze the last cent out of the place. That being said we opted for a 3 star hotel and this is also what we got so no complaint there"
