„Beds were hard as well as pillows and there was not any coffee“

„Overall, the place was clean and comfortable. Just a few things things to note. We weren't able to check in at the alloted check in time. It wasn't a big deal for me as I was arriving later, but for those who are expecting to check in when advertised it could be an issue.
