The Space
Welcome to A Cozy Gem in The Greens, a comfortable and thoughtfully prepared one-bedroom basement suite designed to give you a relaxing home base while visiting Regina.

The suite is located within our single-family home and is accessed through a shared entrance. Once downstairs, you’ll have your own comfortable living spaces to settle into and enjoy. Our family lives upstairs, so we’re conveniently nearby if you need assistance while still respecting your space and privacy throughout your stay.

Unwind in a welcoming bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-size bed with fresh linens and pillows. After a busy day of work, travel, or exploring Regina, it’s a peaceful place to recharge and enjoy a restful night.

Please note that the kitchenette does not have a kitchen sink. We prefer to mention this clearly so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

Because this is a basement suite within our family home, the main entrance into the house is shared with our family. We live upstairs with our children and are happy to assist if you need anything.
