„Clean facilities, very pleasant host“

„The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.“

„Only Rent is property if you are okay with the following: Unclean patio dim or non operatable lights in the rooms no Iron provided (was explicitly told that the host does not provide irons) TV with no remote and uses Roku and constantly re-boots thus is usable. must use a Roku mobile app that shows ads every 4 clicks listening to crickets through the vents at night. If you are fine with the above, feel free to make a reservation.“
