• Living Room: 50" Smart TV (Roku apps), corner couch that folds down for lounging, and a selection of board games (kids' and adult).
• Kitchen: Fully stocked with coffee, tea, spices, and oil. Includes Reverse Osmosis water from the fridge, a 4-slot toaster, and baking supplies.
• Bedrooms: Each room includes a bed, nightstands, bedside lighting, a ceiling fan, and a closet with hangers.
• Safety/Wellness: Find pain relievers and a first aid kit on the top kitchen shelves.

🐕 Pet & Guest Convenience
• For Dogs: A 30" kennel is in the entry closet, and a pooper scooper and bucket are in the laundry room.
• Pet Rule: Please use the provided teal dog-friendly sheets to cover all furniture.
• Laundry: Free guest use on the outside patio.
• Misc: Personal fans for white noise are available in the closet.
• Note: NO garage access is included.
