„This is a beautiful home exactly as listed! Incredibly clean, modern, and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the deck was ideal for morning coffee and listening to the birds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or grilling at home. The hosts have thought of everything. This was the perfect location for our week of hiking, an easy drive to both Garden of the Gods and Little Grand Canyon. Plenty of wineries and restaurants close by as well. We will definitely be back 😊“

„Our family of five had a fantastic time here this week, we thought our choices might be limited by looking for something pet friendly with enough space for three kids, but that was not the case. This cottage is exceptional, the host is communicative, and there’s something for everyone! “

„Overall it was a nice place. A few problem, only bathroom on the main floor was in the master bedroom, A few items where broke such as the suitcase stand in the basement, the fan in the main living room only had 3 blades and the latch on the screen door didn't work. One other problem was that when on the back deck you would get hit by sewer smell once in a while. Other than that it was a good place to stay with a great view.“

„Mice droppings in many of the kitchen drawers Woke up to an overflowing toilet that flooded the entire camper. (The owner knew that a piece needed to be replaced upon our arrival and didn’t) The owners dogs runs freely amongst the camp sites and if your dog doesn’t gay along well with other dogs, I suggest you leave yours at home The 3 small kids that live there also roam freely.
