„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “

„This was a great place to stay right off the interstate and near affordable parking garages. Safe and secure entrance to the building, and also next door to Lou Mitchell's (amazing breakfast)! Checking in was quick and seemless. We will more than likely stay here next time we're in Chicago! “

„Great location and amenities. Unfortunately there is no insulation between floors and there was a very loud group above us one of the nights and it was quite disturbing. I don’t think it was a party, but they were speaking very loudly. I did notify management but honestly I don’t think the group was having a party, it’s just that the lack of insulation is problematic. Be aware that one of the bedrooms does not have a full wall so noises from the living area can be clearly heard in that bedroom.  ...

„Location perfect for lots of Chicago treasures. The studio unit was larger than expected. The furnishings we're contemporary and very pleasant/comfortable. Bed soft and comfy. Elevator got stuck on one floor but phone number clearly posted and answered by someone who kept me on the phone until problem solved! Good service indeed.“

„The apartment was nice and well equipped. The location was convenient. Two things keep this from being a 5-star review. First, there is only one key fob provided to enter the build, elevator, and apartment. This makes it difficult for a group who wants to divide up to come and go. If your party wants to do different things, you will have to plan around the single fob. Second, the smoke detector in the adjacent unit chirped every 60 seconds the duration of our stay. „Everything was perfect, including comminication whenever I needed it. Parking was nearby, coffee shop at the corner, short walk from world-class dining, my group had a great time.“

„Not a bad thing to say about this experience. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, looked exactly like the pictures, had everything we needed, location was perfect and the included parking was such a perk! Highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back! “
