The bathrooms and kitchens were well stocked and supplied and the common spaces were inviting and comfortable. Hope is a great communicator and check in was seamless. Highly recommend Hope and her beautiful property which was so convenient to downtown Mystic and the Branford House at UConn Avery Point. “

We (a family of four with kids) had seemingly booked a non smoking room through Expedia months in advance of our stay and had mentioned explicitely that we need a non smoking room in the booking. When we arrived we have received a smoking room; no other room was available since the hotel has been completely booked out. „The hotel is perfectly located, rooms are quite and clean. Hotel staff was welcoming and nice. Breakfast is good. We also used the pool and the whirlpool. Nice for relaxing after a long day. A visit at the submarine museum (which is just a short drive from the hotel away) is also recommended. “

„Zum Motel gehört ein indisches Restaurant, das Essen war hervorragend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider verbreitet sich der Currygeruch im ganzen Haus, bzw. bis in die Zimmer. Das Motel war mehrheitlich leer und in die Jahre gekommen. Betten ok, Zimmer mit altem Teppich. Kaffee konnte man jederzeit auf dem Flur kostenlos beziehen, war jedoch sehr dünn und geschmacklos.“
