Guests purchase additional items as needed during their stay.

Please note: the backyard is a shared space, and an on-site caretaker lives in a separate unit with its own entrance on the front side of the property. The caretaker helps maintain the home and grounds and is generally out back for maintenance.

In compliance with local regulations, the rental term is set for a full 30-day period, and rates are based on that term regardless of the number of nights you occupy the home.
