„Upon check in, the front desk lady informed us that a tree from a recent storm had fallen on the hester to the hot tub. We were past the canceling window, so we decided to stay. And I'm glad we did. They did fix the hot tub. Very friendly check in on Monday night.. But the lady on duty on Tuesday evening was rude..said the hot tub was out of order and we needed to get out of it! „When I arrived, the cottage had my name mixed up with another which delayed my checking in. Part of the amenities was a bottle of wine (how nice!); however, I had to ask for it. :( Despite those two issues, the room, the breakfast, homemade cookies, etc., was all quite nice. The location was key as I was going to a concert. I would stay there again. “

„Wir waren auf der Durcheise von Dallas nach Kansas City und fanden Eureka Springs als schönes Städtchen irgendwo in der Mitte. Es war noch keine Saison, viele Resaurants waren geschlossen. Das Hotel haben wir gebucht weil es ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern gab. “
