Hotels in Sylvan Shores, Eureka Springs

„I“

„Charming property. Everyone was very friendly and things were very clean. The plants were amazing.“

„Excellent, wonderful restaurant across the street.“

„My review goes half-half. First 1/2: The hotel is in a good location; the room was fine, the beds were fine, and the bathroom was also clean and nice. Second 1/2: The front desk person was not nice or willing to help; I am an ADA-compliant person with limited mobility, and the order was made via Expedia (as they call 3rd party), room was under the building; there was no elevator (was in their ad), and I had to go up and down the stairs many times. I asked for a room change, which was denied (see ...

„We loved our stay here! It was so close to the downtown area and all the shops. The staff were so helpful and accommodating as well. Will definitely come back!“

„The property was beautiful and the rooms completely updated/modern. Everything clean and the amenities were beyond what we expected. Everything staff member we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and pleasant. I forgot a small bag and it was already discovered and put in the office before I even called about it. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!!“

„Parking good - right in front of our room. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. TV worked well too. Would’ve liked a couple more coffee Keurig cups, and more half-and-half. Overall it was a nice experience.“

„The room was beautiful, just as pictured and we'll maintained. Staff was helpful with us arriving after hours, all that was needed“

„Property could use an update“

„The place smelled bad and was not very clean“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return! This is a modest, family-run hotel that may not be fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and filled with genuine hospitality. Sometimes that’s exactly what makes a place special! The rooms have everything you need, including a coffee maker with supplies, mini fridge, and microwave. They also offer a light breakfast in the office every morning, which was a wonderful convenience before heading out to explore. The location is ...

„The room was very clean, the breakfast was great. The room was very small with no comfortable chairs.“
