Other things to note
Air Conditioning / Mini Splits
Only a few properties in the area offer air conditioning / mini splits, and we’re proud to provide them for your comfort. The main living room upstairs is equipped with two mini-split units, while the master bedroom, guest bedroom upstairs, and the large downstairs bedroom each have their own. Ceiling fans are also provided in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, downstairs bedroom, and upstairs living room.

Important A/C Usage Reminder:
To ensure the A/C units run efficiently, please do not operate them if the outside temperature is below 71°F. Running the A/C in cooler temperatures can cause the units to freeze and leak water, potentially leading to damage.

Hot Tub Lift Instruction Video
We’ll send you a video on how to properly use the hot tub lift on the day of check-in.

We look forward to helping you create a memorable Rocky Mountain vacation! If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
