On arrival we were greeted with smiling, friendly front desk staff. Jeff, specifically, was the one to help us check in. He was pleasant, made sure we knew all the important information about the property and COVID measures, etc. The room was exceptionality clean and comfortable. Wonderful beds. A variety of pillows from soft to firm were available. Organic and hypoallergenic toiletries and even make-up removing wipes were available in the bathroom! The towels, bedding, everything truly was clean, well kept, and enjoyable. Breakfasts foods that were "hot" were actually hot and fresh! "Cold" items were actually cold. There was plenty of options for majority of dietary needs considered really. There was also hats, hoodies, snacks, drinks, books, and items for children available for purchase is a small alcove next too the front desk and fireplace. The atmosphere throughout the entire property was calm and comfortable. Everyone that worked there that we encountered, made sure we were happy and taken care of and satisfied. It was the utmost importance to them. We stayed here 5 years ago before COVID and will be back again now. Also, we had a handicapped room as I am now handicapped and they had everything I could need to help stay safe. Shower chairs, roll in showers, gripper shower mats, shower grab bars, toilet grab bars, extra towels, everything easily accessible. I can't recommend this place enough. Amazing customer service all around every time.
