Welcome to Little Matterhorn 17A, a cozy one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that puts the focus right where it belongs: on the spectacular views of Mary's Lake and the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
Start your mornings naturally, sipping a cup of coffee as the early light fills the valley. Mary's Lake sits nearby for quiet afternoons of fishing or skipping rocks. When you return from a full day of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, the simple warmth of the intimate gas fireplace provides the perfect spot to kick off your boots and completely unwind.
The open living area provides a comfortable full-size futon sofa, a television for your entertainment, and magnificent mountain views.
A convenient second bathroom with a shower is located just off this main living space.
Nearby, the kitchen is efficiently equipped for preparing simple, home-cooked meals during your stay.
At the end of a busy day, you can step outside to enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your private patio while taking in the brilliant, unpolluted night skies.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, an additional television, and an attached full bathroom with a traditional tub and shower combination.
This functional condo accommodates up to four people, serving as a practical and welcoming mountain home away from home.
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Complimentary Arrival Starter Kit:
To ensure a smooth transition into your mountain stay, management provides a complimentary starter kit of essential household amenities upon arrival. This initial package is designed to cover your basic needs during your first twenty-four hours on site and includes one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a backup roll of paper towels, two trash liners, and sample-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with several dishwashing pods (if applicable), liquid dish soap, and a single-brew coffee starter pack. Please note that these items are intended only to get you started, and guests will need to purchase or provide their own personal toiletries, groceries, and additional household paper products to sustain the remainder of their visit.

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
There is no washer and dryer in this unit.
There is no private hot tub with this home.
This condo does not have central AC but has a window AC unit.
No reserved parking. Parking may not be right in front of your condo.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
