We loved the property-would stay again. Only reason I left 4 stars on cleanliness is there was a wet towel, washrag and used bar of soap in shower.

Fantastic location
We wanted a place right in downtown Estes Park. This was one block above the Main Street and a park. Very convenient to a lot and easy waking to it all. The home was nice and as advertised. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. As of 9/3 I recommend entering Beaver Meadow as Fall River is undergoing major roadwork. Though at night we went back into RMNP via Fall River without a problem, as there are Sheep Lakes which had two make moose. Elk in many places. There were unexpected visitors in a good way - elk roaming through the town and right up the street the house is on. September is the start of rutting season for elk.

Historic cabin
This cabin built at the same time as the Stanley Hotel is very nice in that the location is close to town and the views are lovely. My favorite part is the porch swing in the yard.

Overall property very nice, just perfect location to town, The Stanley, and short hop to RMNP. House was quite comfy, the maps and hiking books were very handy and welcomed. Made good use of the videos. Thanks for having us, would highly consider staying again.

Perfectly Situated and in Great Condition
This 2 bedroom home was perfect for our family of three. The location is ideal as it is a short walk to the downtown area, but far enough to be out of the hubbub. House is in great condition and immaculate. Communication with the host is excellent and the entire process was seamless. I appreciated the book of suggested hikes which came in handy one day when high winds caused us to rethink our hiking plan for the day.

Wonderful house, wonderful host
Michele was so helpful and shared information about getting permits for RMNP, activities I was interested in, hikes her husband likes, and information like the aerial tram hours had changed to only run on weekends during our stay. Everything you need is at the house, including tissues, even a washer and dryer! We loved that there were some little items available like spices and sugar so we could just focus picking up the food items we wanted to eat. As others had left a few snacks and cold bottled waters, we left behind some water and items we couldn't take home with us. The beds were comfortable and the living room gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. The DVD library is immense! My son accidentally left a necklace at the house and when I called Michele she had found it and offered to mail it to us. We were still in town, so she thoughtfully left it somewhere secure for us in a little plastic bag so it would be safe for me to pick up. We loved the little house, the great location, easy check in, and all the thoughtful touches. It made an impromptu family vacation stress-free. Which was so wonderful for helping keep me (the planning Mom) more relaxed than I expected.

Perfect for our family of 4!
This was the perfect home base for our trip to RMNP! The house was perfect for our family that includes 2 young kids. We loved watching the hummingbirds from the deck. Michele was wonderful and answered all of our questions timely and throughly. If we ever find ourselves back in Estes Park we’ll definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cottage
We have visited Estes Park for many years, and this cottage was one of our favorites. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch and looking at the mountains. The location was excellent--close to downtown but also quiet. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Cute house in Estes Park
Cute house in Estes Park it’s close to shopping dining and the Rocky Mountain national Park. The House had everything we needed it was clean and well organized. Michelle kept in contact beforehand about when we could get into the park which I really thought was very nice of her, mostly because it was very hard to understand what we needed to do to get the tickets to get in, but she sent links to us regularly. Thank you for that Michelle! We especially liked sitting outside in the evenings I love the bench swing it’s really comfortable and we used it a lot!

Close to Downtown
Bond Park Place is wonderful gem located fairly close to two RMNP entrances, and really close to downtown Estes Park. The front deck was used every morning to enjoy coffee and a sunrise during our 5 day visit. There’s also a patio and several backyard seating areas that were used to view all the wildlife. Rabbits, chipmunks, birds, hummingbirds, Elk and deer were viewed multiple times. Some of the amenities include iron, hair dryer, toaster oven, grill and everything you’d need for cooking. Two bedrooms, one bathroom (with an amazing shower), living room and sliding door to a deck and patio. We had such a great time here. The host was very helpful. She explained and reminded us about the passes and permits needed well in advance of visiting RMNP. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need in a rental
First, the host communicated multiple times before our trip for reminders and recommendations. The location was perfect and less than a minute walk down the hill to downtown. This rental literally has everything, I mean everything, you need for your stay! Shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sugar, spices, pots, pans, blender, electric tea kettle, hand sanitizer, laundry detergent for washer/dryer, blow dryer, and even a discount card for local shops! I could go on and on. They also have a couple binders with detailed Hike information including difficulty, elevation, mileage, shipping info, restaurant info. You will not be disappointed in this rental. We will be back on the future!

Amazing stay here for the second time!
This was our second stay here and we would book again for sure. Wonderful home, host and location! Location is the best. It is a very short drive to RMNP and walking distance to town to eat and shop. Awesome Home away from Home!
We had a fabulous time at Bond Park Place. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Michele was an awesome host. The house is very well equipped with everything needed. We were even treated to a visit by the local Elk herd right outside the front door. The home is a great proximity to RMNP, with fantastic hikes. Michele was also very helpful and responsive to all of our questions prior to as well as during our stay. We would certainly stay again on our next trip to Estes Park

Great Home Base For Adventure
When you look for a VRBO, it really boils down to whether or not the basic needs of your family are going to be met. Safety, security, cleanliness, and functionality are all at the top of the list. Bond Park Place has all of this and more! The more includes a house stocked with everything you could possibly need, space to relax and enjoy quiet time and rest, and mountain scenery you probably won't find in another Estes Park property. My family so thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bond Park Place that I would strongly recommend it to anyone wanting a great home base for your mountain adventures. The home, along with the experiences of vacation will remain treasured memories for our family forever! Best choice in Estes
My boys and I stayed here for 4 nights over July 4th 2021 this property was everything described online and more. Perfect location, very comfortable, extremely clean, quite, and the shower is amazing!! This was the first stop on a 17 day trip to CO and WY and by far my favorite of the places we stayed. The host provides you with 2 binders full of everything you could possibly want to know about Estes Park from food to activities, they were so helpful. This will definitely be the first place I look for to stay when I visit Estes Park again

Great Location
This was one home we stayed in during our two week Colorado road trip and you can't beat the location. Downtown Estes Park can get very busy, so it was nice to be able to park at the home and have a short walk to town. In addition, it is close to Rocky Mountain National Park where we spent most of our time. However, we didn't need to leave to see wildlife. Twice during our 4 night stay, Elk came into the yard to snack on the bushes out front. Our kids loved watching them.

Cute, clean house just up the hill from downtown Estes Park with pretty views from the terrace. Shared bath is off the kitchen with only a pocket door, but it has been updated nicely with a great shower and pretty sink area. We appreciated the snacks the owners left for us, and the DVD collection was awesome!

Simply amazing!
I really can't say enough good things about this place! The owners were very friendly and just a text away. This was our first visit to Estes Park and RMNP and we were amazed by the views from the deck...of the mountains and the wildlife! There was a bull elk laying in the backyard upon our arrival and a female grazed her way by the yard a couple days later. The house has everything you could need and the location is so convenient with a short walk to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental.

Great house, great location!
If you don’t want to drive around and around looking for a parking spot during the tourist season or pay to park, consider staying at Bond Park Place! It’s just a couple minute walk down the hill to to middle of town. Derek and Michele’s place was fantastic. I enjoyed evenings out on the deck and swinging in the wooden bench swing. Even saw 4 pairs of mommas and their baby elks walk right up to the property and head for the green space around the corner. The next morning they headed back towards the Stanley hotel. Communication with Michele was easy and replies were quick. She even let me know the property was ready early for my arrival. Lots of information on RMNP, including hiking books as well as lots of info on the local EP scene. Would definitely stay at Bond Park Place in the future.

Michele was awesome! We didn’t have any hiccups with the place and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Our group was only 2 people but this house would fit 4-5 people fairly comfortably. She had tons of information on things to do and places to go. The games and playing cards were awesome to have when we wanted some down time. The kitchen has everything you need. Our favorite part the the yard/ deck area outside.. great view of some mountains and very close to downtown, but still quiet area. Would definitely stay here again!

Last minute we decided to take a road trip for our daughters birthday to Estes Park. Luckily we found a lovely home that was in a great location and affordable price. The communication with Michele was fantastic! The home is walking distance to alot of local shopping and eateries! You can also even see The Stanley Hotel from the side yard deck! It’s such a beautiful view, at night especially. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here. It won’t disappoint!
