This condo is 4 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and 5 miles to downtown Estes Park.

Comanche Peak 39 is a two-level, 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby Mary's Lake. Walk to the lake for fishing or skipping rocks. A quick drive to the South Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and close to south west Estes Park restaurants, cafes and shops that are on Moraine Ave.

The main floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath with bathtub/shower combo, as well as an expansive kitchen, dining and living area. Enjoy evenings next to the fireplace while watching movies on the flat-screen TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the main floor living area (not comfortable for adults). Spend evenings on the private upper deck taking in the mountain views.

The lower level holds the master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite full bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The lower level also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

With central AC to keep things cool in the summer and a fireplace to keep you cozy in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home. Book your stay today at Mount Acoma 38 with SkyRun RMNP!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

What to be aware of:

No smoking inside or outside.

No outside fires.

Parking is not assigned.

Large vehicles (trailers, RVs, Campers) prohibited.

No pets.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Guest buys own soaps / paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.

Mary's Lake HOA responsible for snow removal.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. The property was nice and quiet and clean. We were there during winter storm Byron so I wish there would have been more blankets or throws because the power went out and it got real cold REAL FAST. The gas fireplaces don't really cut it when it's 6 degrees out. Either way - it's a lovely place to stay - close to town - my only nitpick is get a keurig.

Overall great property!

Property was close to downtown Estes Park with a beautiful view. Check and check out was easy. It was clean well stocked and even had samples of toiletries. Our only complaint was that master bed mattress was in poor shape. My husband had to sleep in the other room because it was very uncomfortable. He kept feeling like he was going to roll off the bed. My side of the bed was OK. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Great house near rocky mountains

Beautiful condo! Looks exactly as pictured. Had a little trouble with our code not working when we got there but office answered our call and quickly fixed the problem. Quiet neighborhood. Great mountain views. 2nd bedroom is a little small as a lot of furniture is stuffed in there but still worked well since our kids were sleeping there. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful location and property!

Our family of 4 has been to EP several times, but this was our first time at this property and we LOVED it! I loved the views and sunlight from the large living room windows, and especially loved the location. Was very close to town, but felt very secluded. I was also grateful for the AC since the upstairs got warm at times. Plenty of room for our family of 4, and all our things. Master bedroom is HUGE. My boys loved the heated pool even when it was 40 degrees outside (it’s heated to hot tub temp). Twin Owls restaurant nearby was such a treat. One morning we saw a herd of Elk across the meadow from the patio door. This property is our favorite so far. The host was so wonderful to chat with and answer all my questions.

Absolutely beautiful!!!

This property is absolutely stunning. The cleanliness could have been a little better, But this is a property where lots of people are in and out. I also should have read the property better because LOTS of stairs. It wasn’t ideal for my 80yr old father in law and my 2 & 5 year old. Definitely a beautiful property though!

Great views. Super clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and decorated. Would stay again. Would rate a 4.5 overall (can only rank 1 to 5 overall), only because of excessive cleaning fee for short two night stay and very strict check out time penalty of $1000 automatically charged to your credit card if checkout anytime after 10 am. (Fortunately we made it out under the wire at 9:55:). Nonetheless would recommend but encourage visitors to be aware of these.
