„This was my second time at El Colonial. As the first time, it was great. Staff are fantastic and so friendly and helpful. I always feel very welcome. Sadly I always just stay one night. But it is definitely worth to make my way here from the airport. Hotel is in the midst of old San Juan and lots of restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. Very nice roof terrace for some drinks or just some peace and quiet. I will certainly stay again.“

„Die Lage war super. Man könnte fußläufig das gesamte Gebiet Old San Juan erkunden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Sauberkeit lässt wirklich sehr zu wünschen übrig. Flecken auf dem gesamten Bett und auf Handtüchern. Löcher in Handtüchern und ein lockerer Klodeckel. Auch muss einem bewusst sein, dass das Bad sehr klein ist und man sich in der Dusche nicht mal drehen kann. “

„We had an amazing time. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean. We did see a couple bugs, but I do understand we’re on a tropical island. „Hotel in the center, on the main street. Location sensational. Only at night very noisy, because you can hear everything. The hotel is old and dirty.
