Finde Embassy of Italy Hotels

„Staff was kind and obliging“

„Excellent hotel. Nice people and good service. Amazing spa. Very close from the village market and the forest.“

„Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Westlands Nairobi, with some clear strengths but also several areas that need improvement. The staff were the highlight of my stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional, especially the team at the gate and reception. Special thanks to Mr. Denniz, (porter) was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, although the view directly onto a neighboring residential building was disappointing. The hotel itself feels somewhat ...

„Sehr freundliches Personal “

„Good place to stay and safe“

„Sehr freundliches Personal und super Lage.“

„Great and helpful staff. Especially Monica was on top of things from check-in, inquires and giving feedback I felt so welcomed. Keep up the good work 👍.“

„Never had I so many messages from a property on Expedia. This was rather annoying; ignore them, and I hope that they will change their policy. The staff were helpful. The hot water heaters are only for the showers, which is sort of strange. The rooms were just OK.“

„Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer waren in Ordnung.
