„My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. „You can tell the owner put some thought and care into the property. Good instructions on accessing stuff in the property - helpful signage where needed, etc. Great place as a homebase to explore the town or northern NJ area. Tierney's - a local Irish pub of historic note is a 2 minute walk. Enzo's pizza down the street has a good pie. I hope to stay there on future trips.“

„This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. “
