„Excellent hotel all around. The lobby and rooms are in great condition - it's surprising that the building is about to undergo renovations in late 2026! The front desk and breakfast staff were great. Location is very quiet and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.“

„The main thing that bothered me was the fact that my grandsons we not allowed to use the pool at all. Period. He implied “guests cannot use the pool” I said “well am I a guest?” He said “no” so I was genuinely confused. The room had already been paid for so I just said nvm. However. It is July and hot outside and there is no where to control the A/C. Bizarre! My deposit also he said “can take up to 10 days to get back on debit card.” This was insane ! NEVER AGAIN“

„We stayed for 3 nights and the whole time bathroom fan was not working even after reaching out to the front desk no one showed up to fix that or no curtesy was given to change the booked room.“

„The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed and nice large bathroom. Liked the round couch/loveseat in the room. The room was quiet. We were on the 4th floor. The pro to this hotel room was the most important which is a great bed and clean room. The cons for me were a thermostat that if no movement in the room stops. So when sleeping may not stay the temperature you like. There was a coffee maker in the room but no free coffee in the lobby. Overall was a great stay and would stay again.“

„Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.“

„Bathroom and bedroom was clean. Actual bathroom fixtures wear shining. Good supply of towels and toiletries also. Lots of shops nearby - Walmart and fine clothing stores - The Gap, Victoria Secret etc. Hotel located in Eastwood shopping area with wonderful restaurants in Eastwood shopping area along with other restaurants down the street on Lansing St. Blvd. There is also a bank close by.“
