Sehr schöne tropisch angelegte Anlage, mit abwechslungsreichen Möglichkeiten. Die verschiedenen Strände sind traumhaft, werden allerdings durch die (stellenweise richtig hässliche) Aussicht auf Bautürme oder andere Industriemasten, der naheliegenden Inseln verdorben. Man muss schon alle drei Inseln rundherum abgehen, um die schönsten Stellen zu finden. Ein Strandbungalow oder eine Wasservilla unbedingt nur an der unteren Südreihe, mit Blick nach Süden wählen, sonst ist Enttäuschung vorprogrammiert. Die nördliche Inselseite wird begrenzt durch die Insel mit dem Hard Rock Hotel und die dahinführende Brücke. Abends ist das ganz schön anzusehen, da alles beleuchtet ist, aber tagsüber sicher nicht die Aussicht, die man sich auf den Malediven vorstellt. Der Strandabschnitt an sich ist zwar sehr schön, und eignet sich auch gut für Wasseraktivitäten oder für einen Strandsparziergang aber zum Sonnen hat dort nie jemand gelegen. Wenn man in der Nachsaison, zwischen Mai und Oktober kommt, muss man öfter mit schlechten Wetter rechnen, was eben doch nicht immer schnell vorbeigeht. Von 7 Tagen hatten wir 3 Tage komplett mit Starkregen und heftigem Wind. Da die gesamte Anlage offen gehalten ist, man sich dann aber unmöglich draußen aufhalten kann, sollte man sich (mangels anderer Angebote vom Hotel) mit gutem Lesestoff o.ä. ausstatten. Auch schließen immer mehr Restaurants, Shops und Aktivitäten, je weiter man in die Nachsaison kommt. Das wird leider im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert.

Es ist im allgemeinen sehr schön. Die Sauberkeit wurde nicht ganz gewährleistet. Die Bedienung ist echt mangelhaft, da müsste man das Personal viel besser schulen! Was wir schon sehr drastisch fanden: da es anscheinend einige gab die ein Glas Prosecco überschreiteten, gab es gar keins mehr, also fanden die keine bessere Lösung, als gleich alle Gäste zu bestrafen. Es gibt anscheinend nur beschränkt Pfeffer und Salzstreuer und Servietten....auch Obst !

Superschönes Resort, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schöne Unterkünfte, sehr sauber, sehr gute Küche in den verschiedenen Restaurants. Das Resort ist mit dem Boot in 15 Minuten von Malé Airport erreichbar und klappt mit dem Abholen hervorragend. Das Resort wurde erst vor ca. 2 Monaten eröffnet.

Facility is maintained very well - I saw staff works hard everyday - Thank u so much! 🙏 Especially, Mr Shipon (for buggy), Mr Mahmud (Terra & Mar, & Miss Olive oyl), & Mr Mahmoud (Terra & Mar) with polite manner with nice smile, willing to help us at all times. I went many places, Cancun, Punta Cana, Jamaica, Aruba, Florida, and more but SAII Maldives is highest rated and most beautiful experience in my lifetime. Loved this beautiful report. one issue is related to half board, was unable to fully engage consistent with costs due to limitations at some units. would have preferred when unable to use full amount on food to be able to have costs reimbursed or used for other expenses like drinks etc. otherwise monies not returned. other than that i loved it

The island is beautiful and well laid out. There is plenty to do and see or lots of places to just chill out. The staff on the island were fantastic. Honestly the best service we have had anywhere. The hotels buffet offerings were exceptional. The resturants near the main hotel are offering good service and great quality food. The only advice I would offer any would be travellers is that if you have a tight budget to find somewhere else.

The property is huge. You can enjoy the benefits of both the hotels: SAii Lagoon and Hard Rock Hotel. Rooms are excellent. Food is really good. The stand-alone restaurants like Ministry of Crab, are very expensive. SAii Lagoon has very less bicycles. We could not get one, even though it is supposed to be a shared amenity. Hard Rock Hotel has dedicated bicycles for each room. The buggy service is sometimes delayed. The airport transfer is expensive for a 15-minute ride. While departing, you may have to wait for a long time at the reception, as they try to club as many guests as possible for the boat.

Prices were extremely expensive for quantity and quality. Food was average and prices of sparkling water ridiculously priced. All activities close at 5 or 6 pm. Pool closed at 7 pm. The rooms were overpriced for quality. Expected more than a typical hotel room for that price. However the area is beautiful and the best food was breakfast.

SAii Lagoon was amazing! Would recommend to anyone! Only downside was bikes for use are a little beat up and even had one with no brakes which was a little scary on the boardwalk but I lived. lol But other than the bikes everything was perfect and the resort was incredible!

Even though this was our first time we already know this is one of the best resorts the Maldives has to offer. With their exceptional staff to their very own self serving aroma lab where you can mix different essential oils to shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and shower gels that they provide you! The idland itself has so much to do and explore. Most of all the staff and I mean all the staff makes it worth it. We stayed in an overwater villa while we were there and it was an experience that we will never forget!

Over water villa room is Spacious, enough for 4 people. Room 8s ckean and well maintained. Gorgeous view. Cons: I had to ask for toilet paper, shower gel refilled. Customer service text msg sometimes was good and other times they just didn't answer your question, assuming guests knew. Not so impressive about that.
