An open, beachfront lot across from the home provides views of the shore. Sit back and relax in the swing under the shade of the screened porch or take advantage of the open deck equipped with a picnic table and rockers to provide the perfect seat to soak in views of the ocean and passing pelicans in formation. Island charm and whimsy will surround you as you enjoy family time inside the cozy living room. And depending on the season that you visit, you may be lucky enough to see loggerhead turtles nesting or hatching.
