„This is the second time I have stayed here. And, I plan to stay here again later this year and every year from now on as long as it is available. It is in a great location(a block and a half from Whaleys dive bar/restaurant). As I said in an earlier review, if you like rustic old style beach houses in a great location at a great price then this is it.“

„This cottage is just 2 houses away from the beach on a quiet side street. You can actually see a bit of the ocean from the front windows. The back faces an attractive pond, and there is a spacious enclosed dog run that my dog, Sukee, really enjoyed. The interior decor is attractive, and the 4 bedrooms are very well done. Several kitchen appliances need updating, but on the whole this is a well-priced and very comfortable home on Edisto. We really enjoyed our stay.“

We were able to meet the hosts and they were so very friendly and helpful. The house is furnished with everything you could possibly need. „This was our first time to Edisto Island so we didn’t really know what to expect. This property is located inside the gated Wyndham community. It has golf, mini golf, pools, a restaurant work out area and more. Yes, it’s free filled and very quiet and relaxing. They also have a special place on the beach just for guests at Wyndham that has restrooms, some food options, covered picnic tables and sand volleyball. „Overall, we had a good stay. It was clean, spacious, and in a good location. We loved playing putt-putt and at the really nice playground around the corner too. Downsides were a very clogged master bathtub/ shower and a musty smell to the home. They did have air purifiers, but I'm not sure they helped a ton. Also- this is a small detail, but most homes I've stayed in have sugar, tea, or coffee supplies offered. There was nothing, but Truvia. We had already planned to bring our own coffee ...

„My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage over a long weekend with our two dogs. The ground floor is roomy and very pet-friendly! It's all hardwood floors so we brought dog beds so our old dogs had a cozy spot to lay. The stairs to the 2nd floor rooms are steep and slick, and our dogs couldn't quite figure them out. So I would recommend carrying your pup up the stairs or just sleeping in the first-floor bedroom, which is very cozy. The neighborhood was a great place to walk the dogs ...
