The beach is just a quick jaunt away, but when your toes aren't stuck in the sand, enjoy exploring the Edisto Beach State Park, practicing your swing at the Plantation Course at Edisto, and eating at one of the area's popular restaurants.

Walking inside your home away from home, you will instantly take notice of the spacious living room. Adorned with soft seating and a large TV, this room offers the perfect spot to gather for family movie nights. In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find ample meal prep space and a suite of stainless steel appliances. When mealtime rolls around, eat at the marble dining table, breakfast bar, or even alfresco.

The bedrooms, each as bright and airy as the last, ensure your comfort with their soft linens and simple decorations. The private washer/dryer makes chore time easy and central air-conditioning keeps things cool no matter the temperature outside.

A true focal point of the home, spend as much time as you can in the fresh and vibrant outdoor space. Late-night cocktails can be sipped in the sunroom, barbecued meals can be prepared on the gas grill, and peaceful naps can be taken in the hammock.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
