Bocation Time is a beautiful family home with five bedrooms, three baths, covered porch, deck areas, and ocean views. After your experience on Edisto Island, Bocation Time may become the yearly destination for your family vacation.

Bocation Time, with its ocean view, is located second row with beach access just behind the house. Bocation Time is perfectly located just two walkable blocks from famous Whaley’s Bar and Restaurant, one mile from Plantation Golf Course and close to beach access of the Sound side of the island. There you will find the best sunset views on the East Coast.

Bocation Time has a spacious floor plan with an expansive living area on the main floor complete with a fully furnished kitchen, dining area, and a full wet bar with ice maker. The large main floor master bedroom includes an en suite master bath, king size bed with walk-in rainfall shower. Two other large main floor bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and one with king size bed. Upstairs includes a large bedroom with king size bed and a dorm room for the kids which can sleep 6. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out at Bocation Time.

Walk outside the main floor level to enjoy the covered porch, then out to an open deck to enjoy the sun, the wind, and the ocean views. The large lower ground level is where the BBQ can take place and the fire pit can warm you up.

The cargo lift is not for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 4 cameras at the home. One facing the front door, one on the front stair entry, one underneath the home facing the back stairs, and lastly one located on the back deck facing the stairwell.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
