Staff: They were always nice and helpful. Special shoutout to Joel!
Covid measures: I found the measures a really good compromise between safety and comfort.
Breakfast: I really liked the (also vegetarian) variety of food. Hot food was served directly to your table.
Location: You can basically just walk to lots of popular places from this spot by foot.
Cleanliness: Everything was as clean as it could have been - great job!
Bed comfort: This was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in!
Breakfast times: These should be extended on weekdays. Getting up at 8am to catch breakfast while being on vacation is a little early and there was a daily huge peak of visitors around 8:30.
Wi-Fi: The internet was fine - however I didn't like that you were told (after connecting) that the free internet was only suitable for browsing and reading emails, but not for streaming. Not even that this wasn't true at all, but also the welcome page stated that an upgrade for streaming would cost 7.50 GBP for a whole day. My phone provider offers me *unlimited* full highspeed LTE for only 4.50 EUR (= ~4 GBP) per day, so in my eyes this isn't contemporary.
Enforcing of Covid measures: I felt two things weren't enforced enough: a.) I saw people in the lobby not wearing masks, even while talking to staff b.) while people generally wore masks while waiting for breakfast, they didn't wear them when going to the buffet - this should be prohibited.
