The cottage is very charming however needs a fair amount to work They have done an excellent job of renovating the kitchen, dining ,and sitting room. I truly appreciated that it was pet friendly. However , the listing was not accurate. They had a very nice pool area however the pool was closed (nowhere in the listing did it state this. The upstairs was ok however the steps upstairs were extremely small and very very steep. There was a reason why there were no pics of the full bathroom. Needs renovating !The laundry room was in that bathroom which would have been fine but the washer and dryer very old rusty and there was no lint filter in the dryer ( which the hole was full of lint) and the door was duct taped on. The dishwasher latch had broken and part not arrived so it was not usable. The kitchen and dining were excellent. Other areas were clean but very sparse furniture, no frills. The neighborhood was very good with the exception of one house across street ,lots of cars in front yard and very sketchy foot traffic. House has great potential.Owner Anastasia was very nice and easy to communicate with. Location is very good nice scenic view of harbor.
