„We were first stuck at the airport with no shuttle service and the phone service did not help at all until we decided to get a Lyft. The AC was terrible loud, so that you couldnt sleep. Therefore the shuttle system to the airport worked perfectly fine and the restaurant was good for a fair price.“

„I experienced an issue with my television when I arrived. There was no sound. I contacted the front desk and they sent a technician to my room in minutes. She did some diagnostics on the connections and determined the cable box needed to be replaced. She was very concerned that I was being inconvenienced but I reassured her it was completely fine and appreciated her speedy response.“
