„I appreciated the knowledgeability of the night clerk who checked us in and helped us with the the history of the area as well as advised on delicious options for eating out. We opted for the Bell House restaurant for evening and waffle house in the morning.
Also loved the kitchenette in the room. “

„This is a newer Fairfield Inn just east of Louisville. Very clean and nice. Just off the Interstate in an area that is not too developed. Some commercial construction going on nearby but the room(3rd floor) was very quiet. Breakfast had several choices so something for everyone. Staff was polite and helpful. All in all a nice overnight stay.“

Einziger echter Kritikpunkt ist der sehr kleine Sitzbereich fürs Frühstück, aber beim Thema Frühstück darf man bei Hotels in den USA ohnehin keine großen Wunder erwarten. Alles in allem aber kein Drama, und das Hotel wird sicher wieder ausgewählt, wenn man mal in der Gegend nach einer Übernachtung sucht.“

„In fact my worst Best Western I have ever been. For the price stayed OK. Room 124 to be avoid. Why?
The fride was a healthy catastrophe:
- turned on 1 of 9 cooling performance, the switch to cool was not available any more. The fridge was in "standby" when we arrived, meaning on de-frosting. The service guy in the hotel was helpful (reset of the fridge), but the solution whould have been: throw this fishing stinking fridge out of the hotel!
- after the reset of the fridge, the fridge didn't run ...

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts).
But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2*

I had to chage rooms because of the noise of the central AC.
The location is good, but a bit noisy.
The CVS by the entrance is very convenient.
The cleaning system is good for the environment and sacing costs, but in my case it didn't work as requested.
We also had to evacuate the hotel due to a small fire at the 5th floor. It was not a pleasant experience, but I am happy that the fire alarms worked so good.
The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport and breakfast. The highlight are the made to order omelets!
