We were all extremely happy with Cumquat Cottage, it was comfortable, clean, adequately catered for three couples and great location. We attended a concert at Rochford Winery, had an afternoon at 4pillars Gin distillery and finished with Breakfast in the Main Street, whilst the other times enjoyed the ambiance of the cottage in Autumn. „We stayed here between Christmas and NY and despite the rainy weather had a lovely time. The house is comfortable and kitted out with everything you need. It's a quirky place and we enjoyed playing a bit of pool, the video games and the kids loved exploring the large garden with our dog. It's a great base to go walking from or head back into Warburton (only a short drive).“

„We were delighted at finding it was a donkey rescue property, with 5 resident donkeys and a very old horse. Magnificent views across the vineyards and forest remnants, the tiny but very comfortable "caravan on wheels" was ample for our needs - small refrigerator, sink, kettle, toilet, shower, rear deck overlooking the valley. Vicki was really nice to us, very sociable, invited us to join her at a nearby Landcare property inspection which was a great morning. Glorious weather for our ...

„We didn't have a bathroom at our room and we had to share it with 6-8 rooms with people! The most horrible thing was for me that they didn't renovate the bathroom since 1936. the begin of the 20th century. The room was also very small and we didn't use the kitchen because it wasn't comformtable. “

„Property was double booked, we arrived at 4:00pm to check in, another couple had already checked in. We had paid in full, no communication from owner, zero response from text sent, had to arrange alternate accommodation in a hurry, got to a wedding late. Want a full refund.“

The cottage has all the necessities to stay in and enjoy a comfortable sleep in comfy beds and cosy night in to watch a movie. We loved the breakfast provisions and enjoyed exploring the property on our walks in the afternoon. Great location and only 15 minutes away from main attactions in nearby suburbs. „Nice property, lovely little cottage. Nice extras such as the robes, appreciated as it was cold weather. Fire was great and had back up heating with the split system. Hosts were responsive, we only have one suggestion, a sandwhich press to make toasties, by the fire 😊 We enjoyed our stay comfy bed, nice linen very clean, we will be back. Thank you“

„Considerate stay, we were welcomed by clean and furnished stay with everything u need - clean sheets, clean toilet, the cottages provided extra pillows for my pregnant wife which I’m really pleased. My young children had so much fun with cockatoo and kangeroo spotting. We could hang out around the cottage with everything in one spot, cooking, juices, condiments provided when we forget ours.
