„Good contact to owner. House was as described/seen in pictures and clean. Bed was comfortable, kitchen ok, fridge a little bit loud at night. Unfolded couch (sleeping mode) not recommened for adults, mattress too soft, but good for a child. Air condition and ceiling fan as well as WiFi very good. Cabana Club was nice and a good playground is not far away. Conclusion: nice house, well equipped and affordable. Gladly again.“

Everything is thoughtfully labeled in the house, which is really handy when you just want to know what light switch turns on which light! The kitchen and bathrooms are VERY well stocked.The canal out back is very nice and my kids actually caught some cool fish out there. Manatees came to visit there are well. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards. The home is over 100 years old ...

„Beautiful property! Can't say enough about it. Just like the pictures. Lots of extras....laundry soap, beach chairs, small cooler, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, every kitchen utensil, even spices. On demand hot water, large permanent umbrella above the table near the pool (different than the pictures) Home is in excellent condition. We plan to return. “

„Loved my stay again this year! Fifth stay here at Little Venice. This spot is so relaxing and beautiful . Home is so clean and very close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. All the comforts of home and the most spectacular water views! The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off on the warm afternoons. I can’t wait until next year!“
