Hatten separate Betten verlangt, bekamen aber nur ein Doppelbett. Nicht jeder will mit seimer Reisebegleitungin einem Bett schlafen.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Meerblick, sehr schön. Die Busverbindung zur Altstadt war optimal. Der Spabereich ist auch empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück war gut. Ein täglicher Handtuchwechsel ist meiner Meinung nach in der heutigen Zeit nicht unbedingt notwendig. Das Hotel kann ich ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen.

Zimmer war recht gut und würde auch jeden Tag gut gereinigt. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Nicht so toll war der Wellnessbereich. Die Temperatur im gesamten Bereich war zu kalt, der Wirlpool war kalt, das Wsser hat schlecht gerochen und amRand des Wirlpools war eine deutlich sichtbare Schmutzschicht zu erkennen. Das Hotel liegt leicht erhöht am Stadtrand. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Buslinie direkt vor der Tür.

Sehr freundliches Hotel, umbedingt empfehlenswert
Tolle Lage, Bus in die Altstadt vor der Tür. Gepflegtes Hotel ohne Schnickschnack. Buffet inkl. einheimische Speisen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich gehe regelmässig nach Dubrovnik, war das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und werde nächstes Mal bestimmt wieder hingehen. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältniss. Pool, Wellness, Strandnähe.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Schönes kleineres Hotel außerhalb der Altstadt. Ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg bzw. sehr gute Busverbindung (Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel). Schönes, sauberes Doppelzimmer. Bad mit hohem Einstieg in die Dusche (Badewanne) für ältere Personen nicht ideal. Dusche sollte ohnehin bald erneuert werden, wirkte teilweise abgenutzt. Zimmer ansonsten sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig u. lecker. Würden dieses Hotel beim nächsten mal wieder buchen.

Hotel modern und sauber aber eher businesmäßig.
Empfehlungen der Hotelleitung zu den Ausflügen und Unternehmungen lieber nicht anhören, sie sind nicht sehr wahrheitsgemäß. Sonst war alles schön, das Essen gut, die Dusche etwas altmodisch. Nachteil; Das Wasser in den Pools war entsetzlich kalt. Ein Glück dass das Meerwasser so warm war. Aber für einen Herbstaufenthalt wäre das Hotel nicht geeignet. Man konnte mir auch nicht sagen AB WANN das Wasser im Pool geheizt wird. Wir waren im September dort. Da gibt es schon mal kalte Tage.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der grossen Touristenströme und trotzdem relativ nahe an der Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 4 Km von der Altstadt Dubrovniks entfern. Mit dem Bus ist sie in ca 10 min erreichbar. Parkplatzte beim Hotel für Individualreisende sind spärlich, hatten aber das Glück einen zu erhalten. Zimmern sind ok, Matratze etwas durchgelegen aber ok, nervend war die Klimaanlage die sich minütlich ein und ausschaltete und sehr laut war. Leider funktionierte auch das WIFI im Zimmer nicht und der Haarföhn war auch defekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet überraschte uns mit seiner Reichhaltigkeit an verschiedensten Köstlichkeiten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend.

The Uvala is very well situated. 15 minute bus ride to the centre of Dubrovnik for touring or 5 minute walk to the nicest pedestrian street with restaurants and cafes. Our rooms were large, with great views of the sea and a terrace. The breakfast and evening buffets and service were top notch.

Eine Reise im Oktober die Gott sei dank sehr schönes Wetter aufweisen konnten. Somit waren wir mehr am Strand. Dadurch war die Nutzung vom Spa-Bereich nicht gegeben. Leider war das Hotel zu dieser Jahreszeit den mehrigen Tag im Schatten. Trotzdem haben wir die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 4ten Stock sehr genossen.

Preisgünstiges Hotel in Dubrovnik
Hotel liegt nicht im Zentrum vom Dubrovnik, aber hat eine optimale Busverbindung dorthin. Die Ausstattung war völlig ausreichend und der Blick auf das Meer sehr gut. Auch der Wellnessbereich erfüllt seinen Zweck. Leider funktioniert das WLAN nur in der Bar. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Relativ neues, sehr gepflegtes Hotel im Stadtteil Uvala, in der Nachbarschaft zu mehreren anderen Mittleklasse-Hotels. Sehr gute und preiswerte Busanbindung zur Altstadt. Schöne Poolanlage, leider an (über) einer etwas lebhaften Strasse gelegen, was aber nicht wirklich störend ist. Schöner Wellness-Bereich mit günstigen Angeboten. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, allerdings nur Automaten-Kaffee, der nicht wirklich gut schmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere der Zimmer-Dienst ist vorbildlich. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Zimmer ist einfach eingerichtet, aber es fehlt an Nichts. TV schlechter Empfang und hat nur sehr wenig Programme ( 2 in Englisch und in Deutsach nur Eurosport !!!) Indoorpool war eiskalt und das Jacuzzi leer. Poolbereich war schmutzig und hat kaputte Fliesen (Schnittgefahr) Im Wellnessbereich ist noch ein Jacuzzi, das wir dann benutzen durften. Lage ist prima, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Busverbindung in die Stadt ist sehr gut und günstig. Frühstück ist gut und reichlich (es gibt aber keinen Schonkaffee für Herzkranke) Abendessen (Menü - na ja, geschmacksache) (a la Card - keine große Auswahl)

1a Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Das Hotel Uvala liegt idyllisch auf der Halbinsel Lapad, 3 km vom Pile Tor (Altstadteingang) entfernt. Der Bus Nr. 4 fährt alle 15 min in die Stadt, Fahrdauer 10 min, zu Fuß etwa 30 min. Die Halbinsel Lapad flankiert eine hübsche Bucht mit öffentlichen Stränden (relativ klein, Kiesstrand ) und vielen guten Lokalen (hervorzuheben: Levanat, ca. 10 min auf der anderen Buchtseite). Pools und Whirlpool sind wie in der Beschreibung, Rezeption immer besetzt, Frühstück ausgezeichnet und umfassende Auswahl, Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und spricht gut Englisch, Zimmer nett und mit großem windgeschützten Balkon mit sonnenuntergangstauglichem Meerblick und das ganze Hotel ist blitzsauber. Die Rezeption hilft auch mit Mietwagenvermittlung, neben dem Hotel ist eine Agentur, bei der man Ausflüge (z.B. Elafitische Inseln) buchen kann. Wer tagsüber Dubrovnik genießen und abends eine Runde am Meer relaxen will ist im Uvala am rechten Platz.

Gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Mein Zimmer ging in Richtung eines bewaldeten Hangs, hatte also keinen Meerblick. Aufgrund dessen war das Zimmer, mit Ausnahme der Grillen und dem Summen der Überwachungskamera, sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichhaltig, nur die Brötchen waren sehr klein. Über die Wellnesmöglichkeiten kann ich nichts sagen, da ich diese nicht in Ansnspruch genommen habe

Girls trip to Dubrovnik.
This hotel is in a great location. It overlooks the sea and is only a short walk to many great restaurants and gift shops. The bus into old town is right out the front. The hotel itself is a little tired and dated but the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating and offered assistance when asked. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel for what it is needs some updates. Simple things to elevate the experience. Shower was leaking all over the place and room was outdated and stained carpet and yellow caulking around the bathroom. For a spa place it was clean but no robes and staff while friendly was not registered and or trained in massage therapy. Walked away more sore and stiff then relaxed. Disappointing as main reason of staying at this hotel was for the spa experience. Staff was great and beyond friendly. Location is perfect and close walk to the sea and bus is a short trip to old town.

Great, but…
The hotel was very nice with excellent views. The only negative thing was a group of UK people who totally ruined our pool experience with their excessive drinking, shouting and playing loud music.

Great Hotel!! Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Would totally recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Dubrovnik who appreciate good quality facilities, and the sea views rooms have amazing views across the bay.

Hotel is in a good location, close to local bars, restaurants, beach and supermarket. There is also a bus stop right outside for access to the old town, although we did not use this service. The swimming pool and spa facilities were very good. Breakfast was reasonable with a good selection although this seemed to be the same everyday. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was also a good size with comfortable bed, air conditioning and a good sized balcony. Bathroom quite dated but adequate. Overall would recommend.
