GEFALLEN: Hotel war sicher, fußläufig in die Stadt und Temple Bar, Zimmergröße war okay, moderne Einrichtung NICHT GEFALLEN: Zimmer war zur abgegebenen Check-in Zeit nicht verfügbar weil es noch nicht gereinigt wurde, wir mussten 1.5 Stunden warten. Eine Entschädigung dafür gabs nicht, wir hätten auf eigene Kosten im Hotelrestaurant etwas essen/trinken können in der Wartezeit, danke nein. Um 16:30 Uhr konnten wir dann endlich ein Zimmer bekommen. Handtücher waren dreckig, scheinbar Dreck der beim Waschen nicht raus ging (sah unserer Meinung nach Makeupresten aus - schwarze Flecken). Im Bad ist mir erst mal die Brause von der Dusche entgegen gefallen weil diese in der Wandhalterung nicht hielt (zu schwer und groß). Man musste beim Duschen also die ganze Zeit die Brause selber halten, machbar aber lästig. Dusche komplett Plastik und mit Duschvorhang. Bad hatte keine Ventilation/Belüftung (oder sie hat nicht funktioniert). Die Kissenbezüge hatten ebenfalls Flecken. Alles in allem muss ich leider sagen der Preis den wir gezahlt haben (ca 190 Eur/Nacht) kann ich mir nur durch die Lage des Hotels erklären. Die gebotene Leistung wäre mehr als 100 EUR nicht Wert gewesen.

Ein relativ teures, aber OK Stadthotel
Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Es ist ein okay-3-Stern Hotel nähe des Stadtzentrums, aber nicht mehr. Zimmer war sauber, aber der Gang im 5sten Stock gar nicht. Zimmergrösse OK, dafür Bad recht eng. Frühstück solala, für den 15 EUR extra eigentlich nichts spezielles. Bar/Restaurant waren ein Highlight.

Was very happy to stay here. Staff super helpful after i thought i left my rings in the room, ended up finding them in a random pocket in my luggage. You are within walking distance to everything and have great pubs around the corner.AC was great, would stay here again

The hotel lobby and halls are clean and the room appeared clean but the bedding was dirty. The sheets had stains all over them and there was hair under the douvet and pillows. The room was also so tiny you could barely walk around the beds and the beds were pushed together such that you were basically sleeping in the same bed. We went for dinner in their restaurant Mossco. The waitress seated us, took a drink order and then never came back. We had to flag down another staff (who ended up being a supervisor) to get menus and again to order food. The drinks took 30 minutes to come. Almost an hour in we had no food. The original waitress came by to say your food is on your way. We waited another 20 minutes and never saw her again. The food finally came and it was fine. We had to flag down the supervisor to order another drink and again to get our bill. He said the waitress was new but that doesn’t seem like a good excuse for ignoring your tables entirely.

It appeared to be a brand new hotel. The staff wss very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast and bar were very good. They stored our luggage and helped to get us transportation. They were on top of their place.

The rooms were very small, so small it was hard to find room to set a suitcase down. But you are close to everything in Dublin and we weren’t in the room for anything else but to sleep so it worked out well

Very well kept hotel, the inside is very nice. The staff is the true gem of this hotel. They are so helpful and really go the extra mile. They make it very easy to get around town with options for everyone and it is right around the corner from a lot of popular Dublin attractions.

I had some issues with the hotel that the staff made up for. So this review is not about that. However, housekeeping came twice and once left my room in worst shape than I left it, and secondly threw away an item of mine. It was cheap, but still. The television barely works, so if that’s how you like to unwind you are out of luck. You’ll be watching a show and then the signal goes out. That said, the property was in a great area to make everything walkable. The staff were all very nice and eager to please.
