Sehr gute Lage und ein super Hotel mit Frühstück. Die negative Bewertung bezieht sich darauf das wir immer noch nicht die 50€ Pfand für die Karten wieder bekommen haben und ich schon 2 E-Mails geschrieben habe ohne Antwort. Echt Schade

Das Hotel steht in einer sehr guter Lage. Das meiste war super zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Queenszimmer war schön, allerdings lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen und lüften funktioniert nur über die Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück empfand ich als ausreichend, was jedoch nach paar Tagen langweilig wird, da jeden Tag das gleiche angeboten wird. Alles in einem war es dennoch ein guter Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und das meiste Sehenswerte war in max. 15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, nur die Klimaanlage in der Lobby war etwas sehr kalt eingestellt. Ansonsten war es ein toller Aufenthalt und ich würde es definitiv wieder buchen.

Gute zentrale Lage erlaubt alles Sehenswerte fußläufig zu erreichen. Vor der Tür fährt auch die Tram. Alles prima, bis auf die Frühstückssituation. Da das Frühstück inclusive ist, was in Dublin eher selten ist, ist es im Frühstücksraum voll und laut. Wir mussten uns nicht als Hotelbewohner ausweisen. Man kann theoretisch einfach hingehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Für die Ausstattung von Zimmer und Hotel insgesamt zu teuer. Was mich am meisten schockiert hat, dass ich vom Hotel eine Zimmerrechnung von 430,94€ erhalten habe, aber bei Ihnen Expedia 589,96 € bezahlt habe. Das ist eine Differenz von 158,98€, fast ein Drittel mehr als die tatsächlichen Hotelkosten und ich nehme an, dass Expedia noch weniger an das Hotel bezahlt hat. Das ist ehrlich gesagt ein Wucherpreis, dafür dass ich als Kunde die ganze Arbeit auf meiner Seite habe, da eine Kundenberatung für die Auswahl des

My main complaint about this room was that there was no desk on which to put my laptop. I can't remember a hotel I've been to lately where there was no desk. Even though I was there for tourism rather than work, surfing the web on my laptop was most convenient for figuring out bus and tram lines, sights to see, etc. A smaller complaint was that there was only one small trash bin in the bathroom. This probably made more work for the staff since there was no place to put the trash. Other than that, the room was good. The breakfast was good and varied. The hotel is right on the Red Luas (tram) line and close to the many bus lines along the river, so getting around the city from there was easy.

The hotel was very clean. Our biggest issues were both with things not working and the number of complaints it took to get the issues fixed. First none of the outlets worked in our first room. They continued to chalk it up to user error even after their own housekeeping confirmed the issue. We literally had to demand a new room before they took real measures to fix it. On our return the fan/air in our room didn’t work. Again it took 4 complaints to finally get it fixed. Either we are just truly unlucky or there needs to be better maintenance and they need to take the customers seriously when they say they are having issues.

I liked that the hotel was very convenient to most amenities eg shopping and tourist attractions, and the nrealfast options were fantastic. What I didn't like was that I noticed several scuff marks on the walls in our room, and I have no idea if I received my deposit back, because I can't find any evidence on my bank statement.

Several days we came back to our room late in the afternoon/early evening and it had not been cleaned yet. Very frustrating when you've been out all day and want to relax. Also, specifically asked for our room to be cleaned befire noon one day, came back and it had not been cleaned. Had to repeatedly ask for extra towels. And toilet paper. The heat/AC would power off every.30 minutes and i would have to get up every hour and turn it back on.

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Dublin. Got an early check-in as room was available at no extra cost (unlike others in Dublin). Room amenities were good & all in good working order. Gym was good. Good breakfast.

The room was clean and tidy however the breakfast was the worst ever, apparently an electrical fault so there was no hot food however they still put it out for people, cold bacon cold hash browns cold beans ect and no eggs at all. There was no hot water for tea no toast machines and the cold drinks machine was out of order. Staff just shrugged their shoulders. What a disappointment to a nice break away in Dublin I wil now have to go out and pay for a breakfast that I have already paid for.

I would like to reassure you the food was hot when it was put out in the buffet and simply went cold, and then was replaced with the fresh hot food. I do understand your frustration and I hope this one off incident, will not discourage you from coming back to us.
