Hi, I am sorry for your experience with our showers. It is something we are working on. Due to the number of guests we have, sometimes our shower heater loses power, but we are working on solving this issue. When it comes to the cleanness of our rooms, we will take note of that.

Hello Sigrid, Thank you for sharing your experience in Gardiner House! Our location is one of the things we are very proud of. We are so lucky to have a property in the heart of Dublin, but there is some setbacks of being close to the city centre, the streets can be quite busy during the nighttime as well. We are sorry for the experience you have in the hostel when it comes to the noise. We have set quiet hours after 11 PM, but the noise of doors may vary depending on how many people are in the room. When it comes to the temperature. we are prepared with fans in the building which are available upon request. Regards,
