Sorry Rainer about the hole in your linen. Our team should have noticed and not used it. Since the 1st of March we are using a new cleaning company so we should be able to see lots of improvements. Unfortunately, as we are a hostel we do not offer room services nor change towels every day.

I am really sorry to hear John. Our rooms are checked by pest control regularly and we have never found anything in particular. All our beds are made of steel for this reason. We have onboarded a new cleaning company and catching up with deep cleaning. We will be upgrading our mattresses in our private rooms soon. We hope you will consider us again in the future.
