everything perfect (internet speed very good and rooms so big )except 2 things: - breakfast is very basic - hotel is new and still under construction, so there are sometimes some loud construction noise during the day

The toilets were not clean. The surrounding area seem to be in major construction. The hotel did not have beautiful views of anything. The parking lot was an area were a building had been torn down. Pipes, poles and large rocks were still present.

Check in wasn’t the best there was a mistake through Expedia but they delayed me for long. The manager was kind he offered breakfast for two for two days. Was happy with my stay. Location isn’t the best there isn’t much to do BUT close to nice places like global village so definitely worth it.

I don’t understand why Expedia has it as “Exceptional”, you get the what you pay for and that is horrible customer service. They are very dry and could not deliver. I requested an Iron 1 day ahead and they said they will send me one, waited about 1 hour so I had to call back. And they said sorry we dont have one available. They never called back to advise, so I asked if they could get me one by the next day, and they said I try and call you back. Next day they never called back and I had to call again, same representative said we don’t have any available and waiting for housekeepers to find one. It was a desperate situation because I had a meeting at 10am and I have asked a day in advance. And it seemed like they cared less. For me an iron is a simple request, and if hotel can’t solve a simple request I can’t imagine if I had a different request. Also the shower drain was horrible, it would clog fast that I I had to turn off the shower to wait to drain. Also, the hotel is away from everything. Don’t recommend at all.
